Our data acquisition process involved publicly available sources specific to the New York City area. Our definition of SDOH leverages the geographic framework from the CDC's Healthy People 2030. This framework categorizes SDOH into five domains: (1) healthcare access and quality, (2) educational access and quality, (3) social and community conditions, (4) economic stability, and (5) neighborhood and built environment.
